Terms & Conditions

• All orders and communication must be conducted online via www.chillipromotions.no-minimum.co.uk to benefit from our low prices. To progress an order or ask a question please email jody@chillipromotions.co.uk. If you wish your order to be handled by conventional means you must contact Chilli Promotional Products Ltd by telephone or email, as a normal transaction; you will not benefit from special www.chillipromotions.no-minimum.co.uk pricing.
• Your order, as received will be processed on the basis of the information supplied via www.chillipromotions.no-minimum.co.uk. We cannot be held accountable for any errors that your order may contain. Our processes are fully automated so please ensure all data and artwork is correct before sending. You will receive an automated response that the order has been received. If you do not receive this response you must assume there has been a communication error and your order must be re-sent.
• All orders are for one position printing only in the position displayed on your order. If you require additional print areas please communicate this via email to jody@chillipromotions.co.uk.
• All laser engraved orders will show the base metal colour when engraved. Chemical blacking may be available at extra cost.
• All printing will be carried out with a digital system based on CMYK. This is a medium resolution printing system and therefore please do not expect high resolution photographic quality images normally associated with lithographic printing. Samples are available on request.
• Exact colour matching is not possible with any CMYK system so please be aware that Pantone matching is not available.
• Our normal service is 5 working days to despatch from receipt of all information.
• All orders will need to be paid for at point of order on www.chillipromotions.no-minimum.co.uk.
• Where we supply goods that are printed over the standard minimum order quantity, we reserve the right to supply 5% above or below the quantity ordered by yourselves. We will make every endeavour to supply the exact quantity ordered but you must accept that excess material has to be printed to compensate for wastage and this cost of wastage is not included in any quotation. You must pay for any quantity of goods in excess of the ordered quantity at the same unit price as the main order. You will not be required to pay for any wastage below the ordered quantity and will only pay for the quantity despatched and at the unit price of the whole order.
• Please notify us of any returns of goods within 3 working days after delivery. You must request this service via email to jody@chillipromotions.co.uk.
• We reserve the right to offer an alternative product of our choice in the event of a stock shortfall
